Udhaya Kumar has been in the credit card industry for almost 20 years in various departments i.e. Operations, Card Marketing, Merchant Marketing, and Project Management. Since 1999, he has been involved with leading local banks in the marketing, implementation and maintenance of their new credit card operations and has helped loyalty operators in various areas of their implementation and overseas expansions. More recently, he was the consultant for Visa International on all aspects of Marketing, Consumer Research, Advertising & Promotions and Product Implementation. He was responsible for sales and marketing for Visa International in Malaysia, and also indirectly assisted Visa’s member banks in their Visa product-related initiatives. Thus he has vast experience in different organizational business requirements and challenges.
