There are two (2) simple methods of communication protocol that our loyalty system works from merchant establishment to our data centre.
- POS terminal base – Using state-of-the-art EMV compliance, CREON Payment POS terminal from Spectra Technologies, transaction is routed to our data centre via normal telephone dial up line (PSTN). For remotely area, transactions from the POS terminals dial in to our Network Access Controller (NAC) which is able to support multiple dial in at any one time from multiple terminals base.
- System to System base – With minor integration process at merchant’s POS system, merchant can look forward to upload file transactions via internet connectivity to our data centre at anytime anywhere. With this arrangement, it reduced the space constraint at cashier work-station. It is also suitable to support multi merchant location.

Billing and Payment
Using our intelligent ECRM, participating merchant would be able to check their daily transaction both on awarding and redemption of Points at real-time via the URewards website log-in.
Details of merchant awarding Points and redemption is clearly shown for easy reference.
Universal Rewards will automatically credit any Points on real time to merchant who provide redemption service.
For top-up of Points, can be easily done by just bank-in the required amount and fax copy of bank-in slip for confirmation at +603-8076 6167, the Points will be immediately credited into merchant account through system.
