How to join as Card Member?

To apply, visit at any of our participating merchant and complete the membership’s enrollment Form. Return the Form to the merchant and you will be given a URewards card and start accumulate Points the moment you make spending. That’s simple! In enjoying the benefits of the URewards card, a minimum one-time joining fee is chargeable.
